1.  Kitchen use.  Cookware, dishes, and utensils are provided for common use.  Dispose of recyclable, burnable, compost, and garbage in appropriate containers. 

2.   Laundry facilities are available.  Follow washer / dryer instructions carefully to avoid damage to the machines or your clothes. 

3. Wireless internet use.  Please see the flyer at the farmhouse or ask us for the current access code.

 You will find clean towels and linens in the entry room closet. Please put dirty towels in provided laundry hampers.  Use the colorful 'beach towels'  at the river; do not use bathroom towels.  

Guests may use the bicycles and river float equipment located in the left shed, with no warranty as to their condition or safety in riding.  Use at your own risk.  Return after use.  Children must wear life jackets.

Guests are responsible to leave the house 'as you found it' on departure.  This means:

> Clean kitchen - dishes, floor, and surfaces

> Clean floors; broom, vacuum, and mop available.

> Wash linens and towels (or initiate washing)

> Remake beds (fresh linens in entry closet labeled by size)

> Return recreation equipment and games to their places

The river front adjacent Bailey Road is private property, but trespass is permitted by walking through either of the two gates.  Trespass through the surrounding agricultural fields or in the right hand shed is not permitted.  Please see  the 'All around you' and 'Links' pages for more information on the  many recreational opportunities and activities available here.
